Re:Surgence

Solo Exhibition 2025

Compiled from bodies of work spanning from 2017
through the pandemic period of 2020 and into the following three years.
Resurgence marks a turning point from a period of
experimentation into one of unraveling.
The work holds space for both the seen and unseen, revealing forms that hover
between the physical and the intangible—where things begin to loosen, shift,
and take new shape. The final works in this series carry and reflect the broader
tensions of the world we’re living in—where history feels as if it’s circling back,
and our sense of identity as a collective as people feels
increasingly uncertain, and weighed down by a growing tension.
Resurgence ends and begins not by trying to offer answers, but by simply
making space—space to sit with the unknown, with the uncertainty, with what is
organic, shadowed, and quietly becoming.
